Ripon is most easily accessed by the A1 (M).
Approaching from the south, leave the A1 at the turning to Ripon, which is just before Boroughbridge, and follow the brown signs for Ripon Cathedral. The Racecourse is on the left after about 4 miles.
Approaching from the north, leave the A1 where it is joined by the A61 which becomes the Ripon bypass. Turn left at the third roundabout and the racecourse is just a few hundred yards on the right.
Approaching either from the east or west, take the A61 to the Ripon bypass and follow the brown signs to the racecourse.
